I ran 3.1 miles tonight. Which is good considering I have my first race next week! But check this out; before that I biked for 7 miles. Yea, I'd like to see anyone else do that! Man, I feel so much better. I was worried that I wouldn't be in shape for my first race. That 7 miles was like a warmup though. And before anyone thinks that it's just an easy pedal... no, I put it on Level 12 which is pushing it a bit.
I decided that the next guy I date HAS to do some sort of workout. No talking about it, no slouching, no lazy bum. They must be active; running, biking, weights, rafting, kayaking, whatever as long as they are doing something that is making them a healthier person.
I also have this longer list but we'll save that for another day when I find someone that bugs me. The more I date the more I realise what I want and what I don't want. That's what dating is all about right?
