I went for a 60 minute run on Saturday morning. Nothing really great to report from it. A late start but I allowed myself to sleep in a little. I had
Phil with me and decided to hit up every single cul de sac on my normal route to see what added mileage that would give me. Come to find out, it's just over 6.2 miles.
But now that summer is here (kinda) I need to remember to bring water with me on any runs longer than 3 miles or 30 minutes. I was so parched by the end of the run, I was getting those white things in the corners of my mouth. Yuck. But I'm glad that I managed to go that far. Although I did pause a lot in the second half of it but I did have a full week off.
