for all my worth

Tonight after my running of just over 4.5 miles, I did weights. It's my goal to make my thighs muscles showy. Not like weightlifter big but enough so that when I walk, you can see them flex! I'm doing the heavy weights but less repetitions so that I can build muscle. None of this long and lean look. I'm a freak lately. Will spend at least an hour to an hour and a half in the gym every night. The gym(Jim) will be my boyfriend. :-D
