Not so easy 4 miles

Today was just an easy run of 4 miles. The first mile started tough, my legs felt heavy. And towards mile 2 my calves were hurting but I think that was from the long run on Saturday.

It was 63 degrees and quite lovely outside. The running path was littered with falling leaves. I saw a lot of beautiful colours out there too. Also, it was busy, the most I think I've ever seen it!

I sent in a "race" report to Phedippidations about the World Wide Half Marathon. Hopefully it will be able to get in the next podcast!

I leave tomorrow on a train to St. Louis so I won't be able to do my 8 mile run. I'm going to do that on Thursday, somewhere down there. Then Saturday has me doing 16. I hope that doing half that amount just 2 days prior doesn't hurt me or anything. We'll see!
