Twice now I somehow managed to interrupt my Nike+ while on my long runs. I would pause it and then resume and after a few steps it would say "Workout Completed." But I would never hear the iPod clickwheel so I don't know how it happened. Unless my Nike+ armband was pressing on it but again, I didn't hear the click wheel. Oh well.
So it was sent to Nike+ has 2 different workouts. Last Saturday was two workouts of 3.5 miles. Blah. I sent an email to Nike+ asking if there was a way to combine two workouts together and alas they said no. Then I was reading through the forums today and I found where someone had mentioned where you can find the workout data that was sent to Nike+ on your iPod. It's all stored in XML format. I found the data files on my iPod and started to combine the two together.
After a few tries and iTunes saying that the server rejected the data, I finally figured out my problem. Got my data added together, my miles/kms, my duration in seconds, my calories, etc. then it took it! So happy day! Now I have to do it for my other time.
There's only one problem. It doesn' t look graphically OK on the Nike+ workout. It just goes in a flat line towards the end but it seems like my times are all in there right. So I might be missing something but not sure. So now on to my next workout to see if I can do it again!
Tomorrow is speed work. Blah.
