i have diagnosed myself with runner's knee(s). so i'm off this week from running. supposedly I should take off a few weeks but screw that. I'm the type that will run until my body breaks. i'm stupid like that though. haha. So I went into MC Sports to buy knee bands and I see a friend in there who also runs. I talked to him about my problems and he thinks it could be my shoes. I hope so, cause getting this after only a mile and a half is not cool with me. So this weekend I'm buying new shoes, expensive shoes, good ones that will help me I hope!
