I don't know how I did it. I ran 8 miles on Saturday and then I hiked around Maquoketa Caves State Park and went spelunking. Holy cow!! I went through some really tiny places. Quite the workout that's for sure!!Pictures from the day:
My nephew is now bald. Well, almost. His mother was giving him a hair cut today and apparently he moved and buzzz, a chunk was gone. This is going to be like last year. My nephew is very blonde. So last year at the St. Jude Half Marathon, his hair was shaved very closely like that and while we were going through the Expo, people were looking at him. He looked like he had cancer and had lost all his hair. So I'm sure that this is going to happen to him again this year. I'm sure going through the Expo, this will happen again. People sure were treating me differently when they saw him. I really like his hair longer! It's so cute and blonde!
